So this is corn

Garrett had corn on the cob for the first time on Tuesday. He couldn't figure out exactly how to eat it, he ate more of the end than anything. He really like licking all the butter off of it.

Garrett sure does love his Uncle C.J. We went to Grandma and Papa's Tuesday night for dinner. Uncle C.J. usually comes home for his dinner break if he knows Garrett will be there. So here are some cute pics of Garrett and Uncle C.J. watching T.V.

Happy 4th of July!!!

Here is Garrett checking everything out.
Sliding in the backyard. This was the first time he really went down a slide by himself. He still can't climb up the back, so Mommy's arms got tired very quickly from lifting him up over and over again.

We had a cookout for the 4th of July. Daddy fried fish and cooked lots of hot dogs and chicken. All of our family and friends were able to make it and despite the rain we all had a pretty good time. Garrett loved playing in the rain! We changed outfits a record 4 times that day. After our cookout we went to Mama "T"s and Pops for fireworks. I think our little guy finially got to bed around 10:30 waaay past his bed time.
