Playing outside.

Now that we are back home and getting into our normal routine, I thought it would be fun for Garrett to experience more of the snow. We only stayed outside about 15 minutes, but he had a great time. He has been begging me all day to go back out.

Home at last.

We were once again forced to leave our home because of a power outage. I didn't think anything could have been worse than Sept. when we were out for over a week. This was much worse, just like Sept. with below freezing temps. We are now back home, our power was restored at around 3:00 p.m. yesterday.

Tickle buggy.

Garrett is always trying to tickle us or wanting us to tickle him. I tell him the tickle buggy is going to get him. This was the scene tonight, Garrett in Brandon's hat and gloves, coming at me with the tickle buggy.

Snowman pants

Garrett insisted on going down his slide which was covered in ice. He flew down that thing!
Guess what he is doing here? Licking the snow... not our proudest moment. He thought it was hilarious.
Snowball anyone?!

We woke up this morning to a significant snowfall. Garrett hasn't had the opportunity to really play in the snow, so when I got home from work today we headed outside. I told him he had to put on his snow pants, which he now refers to as "snowman pants." Don't ask me why!

Yeee Hawww!!!

Garrett's new obsession is Toy Story or as we know it in our house " Woody, Buzz". Grandma brought his spring horse in from outside so he can "ride like the wind, Bullseye." Papa also bought him a new pair of cowboy boots, and boy does he think he is hot stuff when he has them on. He walks around the house saying "me Woody".

Grandma's famous banana pudding

Garrett had Grandma's famous banana pudding after dinner the other night. Yummy!

Doughnuts with dad.

Brandon often stops on the way home from the firehouse to get doughnut holes for Garrett. He is a little piglet, usually eating 7 or 8 of the dozen.

Jeez Louise

Garrett is picking up all kinds of vocab from everyone, and he has been listening to me way to much. His newest phrase is Jeez Louise which is coming out more like "weez ah weez". Too cute.
