We went to Bluelick Christian Church with Gamma, Papa, and Uncle C.J. this evening for their annual ice cream social. We had a great dinner and we were able to see our extended family.

I promised Garrett we would finger paint today so we headed outside in between rain showers. He was a little hesitant at first but by his fourth painting he was really into it.

We had a few people over for hamburgers and hotdogs last night. It will probably be the last get together we have at our little house.

We go for a bike ride just about every night if the weather is permitting. We usually take the same route and stop by Gamma and Papa's house.

4th of July

We headed to the Sparks' house for a 4th of July party. Thankfully the weather cooperated by the time we set off the fireworks. I didn't take too may pictures because I chased my son the entire time we were there.

Big boy underpants

Garrett has been doing great with the whole potty training thing. I swear it happened overnight. So today we are going to wear big boy underpants for a while and see how he does. Gamma bought him some last night with Superman on them, but this morning he picked out some with Spider-man.
